2. Livestock and Plant Policies
We take pride in the health and vitality of our aquatic species. Upon receiving ornamental fish or aquatic plants, it is the customer's responsibility to acclimate them properly to their new aquarium environment.
- All livestock is inspected for health before being sold.
- Customers must ensure their tank parameters (temperature, pH, filtration) are suitable for the specific species purchased.
- We cannot be held responsible for livestock loss resulting from improper tank setup, incompatible tank mates, or failure to follow provided care guidelines.
3. Purchases and Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of aquatic life, all sales of live fish, invertebrates, and aquatic plants are final. Dry goods, such as aquarium filters, lighting, and décor, may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
4. Aquarium Maintenance and Advice
Any advice, fish care guidelines, or tank setup tips provided by AquaBloom Aquatics staff are given in good faith based on established aquarist practices. However, every aquarium is a unique ecosystem. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and cannot be held liable for sudden changes in water chemistry or livestock health issues.
